HOLT-BEALE
Many friends and relatives met in St. Mary's church, Morwell, on Saturday morning, 13th Feb., to witness the wedding ceremony of the contracting parties Mr Thomas William Holt of Willow Grove, and Miss Jessie Lydia Beale, daughter of Mr and Mrs Matthew Beale, of Yinnar.
The bride, who was charmingly attired, was supported by her sister, Miss ? Beale as bridesmaid. Mr William Coleman Jnr., acted as best man.
The bride was given away by her father during the ceremony which was conducted by the Rev. L. W. A. Benn. Mrs Harding very kindly supplied the
music, and together with the glorious morning, the prettily decorated church
and pleasing effect of the dresses and flowers of the bride and bridesmaid,
the ceremony was dignified and charming.
At the conclusion of the service the young couple left to prepare for departure on the Melbourne bound train. Much confetti and many well wishes were showered upon the happy couple as they left to face life's ups and downs together.
