Advocate Melb Sat 21st Sept 1907: STAR OF THE SEA CONVENT, EL- STERNWICK. The ceremony of religious reception took place at the above convent oh Friday, 13th inst. His Grace the Archbishop officiated, assisted by Rev. Frs. . GougH and Kenny. There were also present—Very Rev. M. Carey, P.P., West Melbourne; Rev. S. Hegarty, C.M., Malvern; Rev. J. M'Inerney, S.J., Richmond; Rev. J. Norris, North • Melbourne; Rev. T. Quinn, Mentone, Rev. M. F. M'Kenna, St. Francis'; Rev. J. H. O'Grady, Flemington. The ladies received were Miss Lily Maguire and Miss Mary Piggot in religion Sisters M. Ambrose and Loyola. . The music was rendered very pleasingly by the convent pupils.
